AYeah fast food may taste good, but it is not good for you. I have to admit I like the way it tastes except mickyd's. Because I have never like them, they're gross and just....I don't know...Something about I just don't like.

Actually it is McDonalds fault. It was the first fast food chain. So then others decided to copy it and then here comes Burger King, Dairy Queen, Burgerville, Charles Jr. Taco Bell...and so fourth. It IS there fault if you really think about it.

Super size me is a great mvie why fast food's bad. I'm glad tey made it. Too bad no one actually watches and and who do they don't listen! They will just keep eating it out of habbit.

It is NOT their fault. McDonalds is only doing what every other single company worldwide is trying to do, make money. Just because they were the first fast food place doesnt make them the root of all evil!!!

Its YOU who has the problem if you go there, not McDonalds!! They will keep supplying you with the food that is cleaner than probaby most of all the other cheap food places you eat at if you keep going there! If you dont like it, dont go. VERY VERY simple. It really is. I dont like it and I dont go, but im not out there to tell other people how evil it is when it really isnt.

No, it isn't and that attitude just gets my absolutely P.O.ed. Let's take the typical excuse of society today - pointing the finger at someone else for our faults...classic. If YOU eat at McDonalds and YOU get fat or have health problems as a result it's YOUR fault. McDonalds IS NOT putting a gun to your head and making you pull up to the drive thru, and they are also not shoveling the food down your throat - YOU are.

I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks eating nothing but fast food. I kid you not. An egg mcmuffin is actually a very reasonable choice for breakfast. Most of the fat in fast food comes from the fries. Cut them out and you're good to go. I wanted to prove that fast food was NOT always bad for you, so for breakfast, I'd eat an egg mcmuffin and have a bottle of water. For lunch, I went to Taco Bell and got 2 chicken soft tacos and another bottle of water. For dinner, I went to Chick-Fil-a and got a grilled chicken sandwich, small fries, and a diet soda. If I snacked in between, I would have fruit or yogurt. The weight couldn't peel off fast enough. The trouble isn't McDonalds. It's people ordering a double quarter pounder with cheese, a super sized order of fries, and a super sized non-diet soda 5 times a week. Exercise some self control and make healthy choices.....even at fast food restaurants.
