Perhaps a way to hide certain forums. I'm an atheist, and I often get a whole bunch of threads in the "Hot threads" or "New threads" bits that are of no use to me simply because I can't reply to them.

If you go to the new threads list (click on 'Forums') you'll find a filter on the right listing most forums where you can select those you want (or don't want to see. Underneath the filters there's an option to keep your selection as the default. You can also filter some of the other thread categories.
