Does anyone who is familiar with Maundy Thursday, the day during Holy Week which commemorates the last supper of the Messiah with the apostles know which part of Thursday that this took place - during the night time of the first half of Thursday, or during the daytime of the second half of Thursday?

So, that would mean during the first half of Thursday?

All day is Maundy Thursday but celebrating it usually starts later in the day.
This topic is asking what part of Thursday did the last supper take place - during the night time of the first half of the day, or during the daytime of the last half of the day?

Most scholars believe, as I do, that the Last Supper was an adaptation of the usual Passover meal celebrated from 6 pm on Thursday evening – so this is why we have our re-creation service at that time on that day.
