alright, fine by me bro.
i certainly think we need to mature and progress with our lives, the world is full of work to be done and its just good to want to reach that next level of acheivement or self enlightenment or knowledge, whatever drives you. .

Very true. There's a lot of people out there that are stuck in the Peter Pan syndrome and never try to achieve the next level. Charles Swindoll wrote an excellent study guide on the stages of christian growth that go from a) the birth of a christian to b) childhood to c) adolescent to d) maturity and all the scripture that applies to those stages and the things that hold back from going ahead. I can't remember the name of it but it was well worth the read.

Months ago, i too was thinking of killing myself. it was a dark period i was going thru. the Lord is merciful isnt He! i love ur testimony. it just shows how much Love and Mercy He has!

Well, what was it that stopped you from killing yourself?

my family, at that point. yeah it was my family.

Families can have a devastating effect on some and a helpful, encouraging effect on others. You've been blessed to be born into a family that cares for you. You only now have to work on communication and understanding and that needs to be in submission to EACH OTHER. You are adult and don't need child/adult relationship but adult/adult and that also comes when she (your mom) can see you as adult. I have taken the liberty to use what you.ve said in other threads as well.
