*Good as new*, in fact - from
Jesus's
love
Aber auch, sie kann manche hilfende
dinge tuen sich auch zu hilfen, weisst du es? ~
1. Ja, für die "nervös" - *Easy

Fast exercises* (please forgive me for writing it in English): What she can do, is to list on a piece of paper each of the times in her life, when your sister was *successful* in gaining a new skill of some sort. Can be anything, but have her remember times that she felt especially *happy* with her success, like maybe learning to tie her shoes, or learning the alphabet, or skills like this that were
under her own control (as opposed to more of the control of your parents, or a teacher)..
and
2. Have her recall each of these instances of
success, one by one. And as she does, have her *really enact it well*: have her Feel the happiness she felt, have her See what she saw, have her Hear what she heard, etc.- as an example, supposing one of things on your sister's list is "
I was so
o happy the day I learned to eat an ice-cream cone all by myself, (without most of it dripping on my dress, or on the floor) - Well, you can well imagine that this was a happy day, eh?

- so, your sister can add how good it Tastes to this particular part of this exercise, right?
and
3. At just the right time, she can *anchor* all these successful-feelings somewhere on her body, let's say
on the knuckle of her hand that hurts. And as each one of these successful feelings get "anchored" on that knuckle, she will create incresingly-heightened feelings of *being successful now*.
and
4. When she's all done with (let's say 7 of these experiences, stacked one on top of another), you can have her Step inside a circle on the floor, and call that *
My circle of excellence* - where she can walk herself , mentally, thru the thing she used to be "nervös" about, and actually have that be replaced by this new feeling of *
oh, so happily
successful* instead

.
Now, it's
much easier for me to Demonstrate how well this works for people, who used to think they are nervös, only to discover that now they just don't have time for any of that, as they are now
happily

anticipating (whatever) success they are wanting, and in this case, your sister's *Matura*.
And since I can't fly to Austria at the moment, you have been given now this Golden-opportunity of serving as your sister's guide

in this little exercise... which, by the way, has helped countless 1000's of people overcome a whole range of icky, sick emotions - and trade them in, for feelings they enjoyed much better, such as: *feeling Successful now*
In fact, Maggie - you might just wanna practice this with yourself, or with each other, and discover that you can find all sorts of other applications for this, in your lives...
Report back here how you both are coming along, and what further I can do to help you learn more of such things. These, and other Mind-skills are some of the many, Schatzi & I are teaching in our own school... with our students changing successfully, for
God's praise
& glory
Annie
