The jokes in this section blessed me so much, I just had to contribute!!!
Here goes.....

A young boy, about 10 was becoming a handful to his parents. Being hyperactive, he was expelled from school after school, for being a troublemaker, and generally getting into mischief.
His parents were at wit's end as to what to do, when a close friend recommended the local Christian School, which, according to this friend, had a good record of straightening out troublesome young children. So the parents decided to give it a try. They made an appointment with the school principal, and enrolled their son in the school. He was to start the following week.
The following Monday, the parents dropped their son off at his new school. In the afternoon, his mother was waiting for her son to come home. When he got home, she greeted him with a kiss, and asked " How was school Jim?" To which Jim answered, " Oh Mum, I got a lot of homework. I 'll be in my room until dinner."
Puzzled but happy, Jim's mum watched Jim march off to his room, where he stayed until dinner. Straight after dinner, Jim excused himself and stayed in his room, studying, until 10pm, when he bade his parents goodnight. This behaviour continued night after night, until the end of Jim's first week at the new school.
The second week was no different. Jim's grades soared, and by the end of the school year, Jim came home with a letter, saying that he had topped the class for the year. Jim's parents were so happy that they planned to go out for dinner after the prize-giving ceremony to celebrate.
At dinner, Jim's father said " Jim, your mother and I are really proud of your achievements this year. I must admit that you have really surprised us, and we've been wondering, what on earth did they do to you at that school that inspired you to work as hard as you did?"
Jim said " Inspired???? It wasn't inspiration !!!! When you dropped me off on the first day of school, we had to attend school assembly in the school hall. When I saw the guy that they nailed to the PLUS sign, I thought ' Oh boy, this school really means business !!!"
