I've just read a post with the same subject heading as the one above - I can't reply directly to the post because I don't have privileges to do so apparently.
The post shows the improbably odds of the universe happening, which would be true if there is only one universe. Like everything else in nature, there is always more than one and I suspect there are many universes.
So, to my point ...
If you believe in the God hypothesis/theory, you would naturally believe in a single universe and naturally conclude that the odds of the finely balanced universe happening at random is impossible without God.
If, however, you believe in the non creator multiverse hypothesis/theory you would find a perfectly balanced universe which can harbour life to be a 100% certain and not at all surprising, since there would be countless failed universes and a few perfect ones. Note: if there are an infinite number of universes then there would be an infinite number of both failed and perfect designs.
However, I don't want to debate that because we simply don't know. What we do know is that we all have confirmation bias. A bias to believe in God will lead most to conclude that the universe is impossible without him. A bias against God leads most to conclude the opposite.
What I don't like is when people post claiming "proof", it cheapens the debate and firms up peoples biases. If we only seek out information which supports our beliefs we move further away from rational debate and our opinions become hardened.
There's "believing" and there's "knowing". You don't "believe" that gravity will pull you down, you know it. A belief is an idea which you hope is true, that's all.
