Ok is it any number in sequence on the positive side of the known USA number line
123456789 ...as long as the 1st digit is ...no that wouldn't work 53 and 64 work? No doubling the same rule?

Ok ok then 
It's quite simple in fact:
1<x<89 and accepting only integers
The three first numbers were somewhat misleading but like I said earlier, they were but a clue to help find my rule.
