not a convincing argument i must say. They only provided one passage and it does not back up what they say unless you read extra into it. I also disagree with
If cancer, arthritis or gall bladder diseases run in your family line, then there is an iniquity (murder, hate, unforgiveness, etc.)
While I believe it can be true it is not neccesarily always true. Sin has entered the world and the consequence of that is death and decay. There is more biblical evidence to support that argument than the one they make on that website.

Excerpt:

“As obedient children, do not be conformed to the passions of your former ignorance, but as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in all your conduct…” God commands us to be holy in thoughts and in deeds. We are to express all our passions and urgings in Godly ways. If they are ungodly or unrighteousness passions, we are to bring them to the Lord, and under the influence and power of the Holy Spirit, we are to put them to death. Col 3:5

...we are to share ALL of our thoughts, EVERYTHING, with God, CONTINUALLY. There is an ON-GOING "conversation" with God. THAT'S what it means to "walk" with God.

A quote on "conversation" with God:

“Tell God all that is in your heart, as one unloads one's heart, it's pleasures, and it's pains, to a dear friend. Tell him your troubles, that he may comfort you; tell him your joys, that he may sober them; tell him your longings, that he may purify them; tell him your dislikes, that he may help you conquer them; talk to him of your temptations, that he may shield you from them; show him the wounds of your heart, that he may heal them; lay bare your indifference to good, your depraved tastes for evil, your instability. Tell him how self-love makes you unjust to others, how vanity tempts you to be insincere, how pride disguises you to yourself and others. If you thus pour out your weaknesses, needs, troubles, there will be no lack of what to say. You will never exhaust the subject. It is continually being renewed. People who have no secrets from each other never want for subject of conversation. They do not weigh their words, for there is nothing to be held back, neither do they seek for something to say. They talk out of the abundance of their heart, without consideration they say just what they think. Blessed are they who attain to such familiar, unreserved intercourse with God.” ~Francois Fenelon

I guess you found a demon chasing website, that has all infirmities and bad behavior listed under names of demons, not really a biblical standpoint but I'm sure there making some good money at it. not all sin is caused by demons, or is that your excuse when you sin..."the devil made me do it".....cast it out!.....oh it came back I did it again.....cast it out!......etc....etc...

Carnal, sensual, self-gratification.....are the antithesis to presenting our bodies as a living sacrifice to God.

"For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another. This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit." ~Galatians 5:13-25

Boidae, did you watch it?

I tend not to watch religious videos as it does nothing for me, but you dodged my question.

Why are you posting all these videos on this topic?

I will tell you that I believe that masturbation is fine for married men as long as your thoughts remain squarely on your wife. As I mentioned in an earlier post, not all husbands are lucky in that their wives meet their sexual needs. Paul, through permission, that the sexual needs of the husband/wife be met except for a time that is agreed upon and only for prayer and fasting.

You will likely disagree with me and that's quite alright, we're entitled to disagree with one another and even interpret the Bible differently. However, I'm not sure what the point of posting all the videos is.

the videos edify our Christian walk and exhort us to "walk with God" ever more closely, and put aside those things that hinder it.

It is your choice to watch them, or not.

So are you saying that if I choose to touch to thoughts of my wife that I am somehow hindering my walk with God?

it is not for me to say...it is between thee and thy God. Have you discussed this with Him?

That's the point I was actually trying to make. It is between God and I and no one else. I have never felt conviction for what I do.

As I said, my thoughts are directed towards her and only her.

Then you rest in the knowledge that you honor God when you do so? Surely then He has communicated to you that He is pleased, yes?

As I said, I have never felt conviction for doing so. I have asked him to convict me if I am wrong in what I'm doing.

I have never heard clear words from God, I just get a feeling when I'm doing something wrong.

I have told God that I have a very large sex drive and that my needs aren't being met through my wife as her and I may come together once a month or less. For me that is way too little.

It is also my belief that not everything that we do will please God, and not everything that we do that displeases Him is sin. I am not lusting after another woman, only my wife. So if masturbation is never mentioned in the Bible, and lusting after a woman who isn't your wife is where the sin is, me thinking of only my wife while doing so is not committing any sin.

I have no dispute with you my brother, and son of the Most High God. We must all come to terms if we are loving God with all of our hearts, minds, souls, and strength. It is a continual examination, and a continual awareness of how very easily we are distracted from doing so. That is why we are admonished to pray for one another and strengthen each other in the Lord. We are all but flesh, but dust. It is through God's strength only that we are able to run the race, as we are admonished to do. God is our first love. Any thing or thought that hinders God being our first love, we are admonished to cast it aside. We continue praying without ceasing. We continue encouraging our brothers and sisters in Christ. We continue recognizing our own weaknesses, which the Holy Spirit shows us, and we continue shedding those things that easily beset us.

It's a hard road. We all need each other. Good grief, i know i need prayer. Desperately. I am thankful for my brothers and sisters who admonish and challenge me. They are blessings and i am thankful. Let us continue running the race.
