  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Mass Effect..what do you think?

Awesome games. I always walked the line of a tough-but-fair good guy. I was polite and supportive of my friends and I tried to talk enemies out of their schemes. But when someone really got on my bad side (like the bald girl from Mass Effect 2), I'd take the more harsh responses. I enjoyed being able to react with emotions similar to how I think I'd react if I were in that situation.

Can't wait for ME III!

I've only played the first one so far but I loved it. Great game, even though I played it on the PC with only a kb/m (no controller support!!!). That's why I'm waiting till ME2 releases for the PS3 in January rather than get it for PC.

I love the series. I've played through one and two, and am now replaying them, so I can get the endings I want for rolling over to ME3 :)

I like being able to wander around my ship and the space stations. I wish there was more to do on the stations... you buy things in a shop, and then next time you go back, the shop is empty :p

I have an X-Box. It's between the DS and PS2. I need a Jaguar, Atari 5200, Atari 7800, CDi, Virtual Boy, Colecovision, Intellivision, etc...

I'm going to be a deviant and say that I actually quite liked the driving stages (at least in concept), they should have just mixed things up on the different planets; although I will be eternally grateful to Bioware for putting our own star system into the game.

Played it on PC, loved it, still haven't finished it yet. Got my 360 yesterday, so going to nab ME2 soon....
