Thank-you for your kind and attentive post...Thank you kindly for your clarification. Admittedly, I know nothing of Eastern Orthadox Catholicism, only the Roman Catholicism in which I was raised. I am glad to hear there is a part of Catholicism that does not engage in this type of thing. Godspeed.
The Eastern Orthodox Faith holds to the first 7 Ecumenical Councils of the generally undivided Church of the first thousand years of Christianity. The Latin Church, under the German Bishops who militantly took over the Latin Papacy at the end of the first millenium of Christianity, used the Primacy of Peter to assert their own false authority over the Body of Christ on earth. And they have wandered far, as all the rest of Orthodoxy, including those even not in the Eastern Orthodox Faith, continue to attest and rebuff by not permitting Communion with the Latin Communion.
We have kept the Faith from the beginnings unchanged, while the Latins under their own self-authority have imposed many false doctrines - Most notably Papal Superiority [instead of Primacy] and the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin...
