So my Girlfriend has been reading all these bible versus that say if you remarry you commit adultery or if I marry her I would commit adultery.
So quick story she was cheated on for her whole relationship with her ex, during the dating phase and the marriage phase and she found out a couple months after marriage she got a divorce she was 20 at the time and then her ex went to jail for rape because the one he cheated on was under age. And after a year in jail he is being deported back to his home country.
Yes I know God hates divorce but in this class he says it is ok.
So when she brought this up I decided to do more research on the topic and keep referring her to Matthew 19:9 where it says divorce is ok if due to martial unfaithfulness would would include cheating.
I have found more on the subject but i wanted other poeple's opinion on it
