I would be bummed but I would not get angry and start knocking statues over or anything.

If you knock statues over every time you get a little angry, then maybe you should pause before judging the people in this thread for a moment and consider the possibility that you have your own faults to deal with.
I can't recall ever having had knocked a statue over... but I do recall throwing a Bible against the wall once, but it was a King James so I don't think it counts.

Hey!The King James is only missing the seven Deuterocanonical books (and the 1611 original actually contained them!) Anyway, the King James does too count. It is a Bible and I use one all the time (along with my Douay-Rheimes, NAB, and my Jerusalem).
No throwing Bibles--any Bibles, ya hear!
