Major Revamp of CF Homepage

I've basically made the CF homepage less cluttered, and arranged forums under 2 main collapsible headings:

For All Members

For Christians Only

The headings are in COLOR and will show up in the navigation bar at the top of a every forum or thread so that members can easily identify which forum is open to them and which one is not.



Under each main headings are different categories, and their forums.
Hopefully this makes the homepage easier to read.

Note our the following updates:

1. Changed from Christian to Open Category: Regional

2. New Open Category: Entertainment

3. New Christian Category: Musicians

4. A few new forums here and there - check the announcement forum.

This bears repeating because this feature was requested many times, and I've finally done it.

Also, you can COLLAPSE the Christians-only section or the Open to all section if you wish.
