Has anyone here seen this film? "We may be through with the past, but the past ain't through with us". That's basically what the film is about. It revolves around nine different characters as their lives intertwine, until "The Lord brings the rain in". Highly recommended.

Yeah it's a great movie. I really dislike Julianne Moore though.

Great acting. But I thought it was highly overrated. I understand the need for the "very strange" ending, but I simply did not like the story.

I didn't really dig it one of the most overrated films ever. I didn't think it had much closure.

This is one of my favorite movies. When I bought a DVD player, I bought Magnolia at the same time.

I really enjoyed the film. Its not one of my favorites but its still good.

i thought it was well done and creative...it took a while to get into, but that had to happen due to the depth (as in longevity) of the plot. i think those three stories at the beginning were all true? or at least the plane/scuba diver one. am i right?
