A guy is walking past an insane asylum with a big wooden fence. he hears all the inmates inside chanting, "Thirteen! Thirteen! Thirteen!

Quite curious about this, and wondering what was so amusing to the madmen he finds a hole in the fence, and peeps in. Someone inside pokes him in the eye. Then everyone inside the asylum starts chanting, "Fourteen! Fourteen! Fourteen!
