MacGyver was probably one of my first heroes. I never missed an episode, re-enacted the episodes and learned a lot about science and other tidbits. So when we got our Dish, I was thrilled to find out it was still being shown in syndication. I'm 31 years old now...I'll stick with my memories of what a great show it was when I was 12 instead of allowing myself to nitpick it to death now. Rest well MacGyver, others will continue to battle the Murdocks of the world.

I was pretty young when MacGuyver was on TV (i.e. new episodes, not repeats). I loved that show and stil watch repeats when it's on the air. I mean, who else could make a nuclear device out of a paperclip and some chewing gum? My favorite MacGuyver trick was the one where he made a grenade that managed to flip a jeep over out of a pine cone and pine tree sap.

His battle with his arch nemesis Murdoc was the best. The bad guy always thought he had the best of him, but MacGuyver knew better!
