Observer - that site is unique in counting 1&2 Maccabees among canon.... I know of no Messianic authority or publisher of Messianic bible versions that includes them :)

In addition to that, how can they be reckoned as part of the Hebrew Bible when there are no existing copies of those books in Hebrew? I consider them canonical, but not because they exist in Hebrew, (even though it is likely they were composed in Hebrew).

Morning,
To my knowledge the Book of the Maccabee’s only cannon is found in the Catholic
liturgy. I was fortunate to find a copy of “The Original Maccabee’s Bible” which
includes the I, II III, and IV books of the Maccabee’s and the 151 Psalm. Takes some
time to get through. Hope this helps.

Shalom

The Anglican's have 1 & 2 Maccabees in their Bible. The Roman Catholics have 1 & 2 Maccabees in their Bible. Eastern Orthodoxy accepts 1, 2 & 3 Maccabees as part of the Bible and 4 Maccabees merits inclusion in an appendix to the Bible as a readable item lacking the same weight of authority of the rest.

"3 Maccabees" is a bit of a misnomer as it deals with events outside of the timeframe of the Maccabean era. It is fitting that it be considered in the context of the Maccabees however, since it deals with an earlier failed attempt to compromise the temple in Jerusalem, something that would later become such a pivotal historical event in the history of Israel after Antiochus Epiphanes transgressed the temple twice in the 2nd C. B.C. as detailed in 1 Maccabees.

2 and 4 Maccabees also detail events during the time of Antiochus Epiphanes, giving details about Antiochus Epiphanes' personal interest and participation in obtaining denials of the faith through torture.

The Books of 1,2 and 4 Maccabees give us the earliest martyrologies on record in the history of salvation.

I read the Books of the Maccabees from the English Standard Bible (a 2009 update to the Expanded RSV of 1977) and in the New English Translation of the Septuagint.
