How do you like it?

Homemade? From a box?

What kind of cheese? Do you put meat in it?

I like homemade the best. My grandmother's is the most awesome mac n cheese on EARTH. And I don't say that just because she's my grandma.

She makes it with cheddar (loads of it), Velveeta AND cream cheese. Yes, please.

Oh...and no meat in hers.

I do like mac n cheese with either tuna (plus peas) or turkey (or chicken) link sausage.

I've never had mac n cheese like that before.

I was taught to make a white sauce heavy on the cheddar.
Then to put the sauce and noodles in a pan and bake it with homemade croutons on top.
No meat.

I make homemade mac and cheese I use noodles, cheese, milk and beef hotdogs. It tastes delicious!

I've never had macaroni and cheese. Today i'll seek out macaroni and give this classic dish a try.

Pasta and cheese is dietary staple though. Ideally with mozzarella and pepper jack. Never really tried adding cheese sauce, or even making cheese sauce for that matter. Should really do that.

I make it the way my mom makes it (which I think is the way my grandmother also made it): switch between layers of macaroni and sliced cheddar (from a block of cheddar) in a casserole dish and put pepper and dabs of butter between each layer.

Mac and cheese with huge chunks of bacon, I actually prefer a more mature cheese for it than just cheddar, also breadcrumb coating ontop

Hubby and I are a house divided on mac and cheese. I think Stouffer's is the best. He likes Kraft -- and only the kind with the cheese powder. I make him his INFERIOR Kraft mac and cheese because I lurve him and stuff. Sometimes we have beef mac. I would not put anything in Stouffer's because it is perfection in a box FTR, I have also made homemade mac and cheese, but just for myself since my hubby is a mac and cheese snob.

I was raised with Kraft mac and cheese, so the homemade or other stuff just seems too thick to me. I haven't eaten it in a long time, but prefer it with tuna and peas.

Kraft makes a mac n cheese with veggie pasta now that is pretty tasty. My kiddos love it when I'm throwing something quickly.

I mainly prefer Kraft Mac and Cheese, though Velveeta Shells and Cheese is a nice alternative at times.

I grew up on Kraft mac and cheese.
But hubby and I both agree its changed.

I make a pretty delectable easy homemade variety.
Using either elbow macaroni or shells (hubby prefers).
Mixed with cream of chicken, milk and shredded cheddar.

Recently we have found a great store bought option:
Marie Callender's Vermont White Cheddar Mac and Cheese.

Making my homemade variety for dinner tonight.
We do not usually add meat to it. Plain is best.

mmmmmmmm. My favorite food. Velveeta and shells. Or 3 different cheeses.

BAKED!!!!! Golden Corrals or Luby's macaroni is best.
