Who else loves M*A*S*H? I recently recieved all 11 seasons on DVD and started watching from the first episode, and am already up to season 7. I love all the character's, because they all have something special about them. But my favorite has to be Radar, and his teddy bear^_^.

some of the episodes of the series MASH were from stories in a couple books I use to have - one is called 365 Days and the other is Dispatches - both books true stories about Vietnam (excellant reading - highly recommended).

Once I was watching a MASH episode (dont remember now what it was -been quite a few years) and the plot seemed so familiar. Gave it a lot of thought then and one day when I was re-reading Dispatches, the story was right there. I remember another episode was from the book. Another one was in 365 Days.

just some musings.

Huh, that's interesting. And from true stories no less. They must have taken the ideas, then set them in Korea instead of Vietnam.

Just during the past month have I become a M*A*S*H fan. I never realized how hilarious it was! Lol. I absolutely love it. :D This is one of the few shows that I actually love all the characters too. It's great!

M.A.S.H. is an all-time favorite!
Great stories, excellent cast, funny and moving at the same time.
One of the few shows I never get tired of-even in reruns.
I'm sure some folks here will whine about the "liberal bent", but we Christians can learn a few things from this show.
Human life is sacred and important!
Respect those who've served-even if you don't agree with the military!
War is hell!
I'm sure we all knew that, but we can use a reminder now and then.
BTW-Be thankful for those DVD collections you have! I've only got season 1.
