I was and kind of am in a similar position. All I can say is try and stay away from things that make you think "those" thoughts. And, try and just read the bible once a day. It doesn't have to be anything long. Just something. Also, try and say some prayers in your head throughout the day too. Again, doesn't have to be anything fancy just speak your mind. Finally, I know it doesn't seem like a big deal, but watch the music you listen to. I used to listen to only Christian music. Then, I started to listening to Lil wayne and other guys and it made me lust more. So, not that your a terrible person if you don't listen to Christian music, but it's an awesome way to connect with God.

Whatever you do, don't let anyone convince you that sexual thoughts aren't normal. They are. In fact, it would be abnormal to not have them.

That said, perhaps contact a parish leader or some such figure if the problem gets in the way of your daily life.

...memorize Scripture to defend yourself from these lustful thoughts. It will be a battle, yes, but don't lose hope! Just think of Jesus' 40 days in the wilderness. He endured temptation with Scripture.

I used to struggle a LOT with those thoughts too. Scripture helps!
