I think lucid dreaming and astral projection are just phenomenons of nature and life itself. Lucid dreaming is advanced control in the mind, and astral projection seems to be the mind harnessing nature to project the spirit somewhere. Neither of these are "satanic" and it's not a sin if you astrally project. Think of it as your soul and mind giving you a free tour of a place you've never been before. 
It should be a nice experience to taste life outside of your body for a brief period of time!
