Hm...I never really thought about this being an issue! But I looked it up and although most popular lubricants claim not to "kill" sperm, they decrease motility (the ability to go where it needs to go). The only one I found based on my brief research that claims to not damage sperm is Pre-Seed:

If you are leary of any lube, drink a lot of water throughout the day. Spend some time reminiscing about the last time you and your hubbie made love. Also don't be afraid to tell him how to stimulate you, so that you can be naturally lubricated.

Any type of lube will slow down the sperm. It will sort of be like them swimming through um... glue or something. It slows them down too much. While it probably doesn't prevent you from getting pregnant, it is easier to become pregnant without it, from my own personal experience.
