I watched some videos on lower ab work yesterday and I'm overwhelmed.
I do reverse crunches on a bench currently but it appears that is only in one plane and I should be doing some twisting movement.
Frankly, I won't be seeing my abs any time soon because of my body fat percentage.
Any thoughts? Links to videos you find helpful would be great.
