lower abs

I watched some videos on lower ab work yesterday and I'm overwhelmed.
I do reverse crunches on a bench currently but it appears that is only in one plane and I should be doing some twisting movement.
Frankly, I won't be seeing my abs any time soon because of my body fat percentage.
Any thoughts? Links to videos you find helpful would be great.

I do have Jillian Michael's DVD workout, 6 weeks to Six Pack. It is about 35 mins long? It is really grueling and combines cardio/light resistance moves/ and floor work. She includes moves that target every area including a lot of obliques. I'm not sure if this is advanced enough for you, but it really hurt me, lol. I never followed her program through for the full time period. I just used it to supplement my other exercises. I do think it would really work well if you stuck with it. I know that I found this workout for free on youtube. You could check it out before buying it.
