A friend just loaned me the book "Love & Respect" by Dr. Emerson Eggerichs. My husband and I are going to start reading it together, but haven't started it yet.

Have you read it before?
Did you and your spouse read it together?
What did you think of the book?
Do you recommend it and think it's biblically sound?

No one has read this book? Well, we are still reading it together and are enjoying it a lot. We are laughing out loud at some of the stories and examples...they are so true!

It's a marriage book, based on Ephesians 5:33. It's all about how wives need to feel loved and husbands need to feel respected.

We have been slacking on reading it actually...
It's been interesting and kind of funny so far but we've only read a couple chapters. We plan on getting back to it this week!

we both thought it was great but we still need to read the last 4-5 chapters??

but we just bought it the other day for this couple we know that are about to get married.

No, we still haven't finished it...we're slowpokes. We want to get back to it though.
