TUNA MELTS!!!
what you need:
package of american cheese (we use Kraft singles)(about 24 slices)
Hamburger buns
3 cans of chunk light tuna fish
5 eggs
miracle whip (or mayonaise but miracle whip is better imo)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Boil pot of water...after reaching boiling point, put in eggs and cook for 9-10 minutes at boiling point.
3. Open cans of tuna and drain the juices and set aside(no need to save...give it to your cat if you have one...they love it!

).
4. After eggs are done, empty the water into the sink and let cold water run continuously over the eggs to cool them.
5. Deshell the eggs and place the clean hardboiled eggs in a medium-large sized mixing bowl.
6. Use a....masher (don't know proper term...but the instrument that has holes on a flat surface which is connected to a handle) to mash up the eggs into small chunks.
7. Add tuna fish....add a few spoonfuls of miracle whip and stir until moistened...no set rules here...go until it reaches your desired texture...I personally like it fairly moist.
8. Lay hamburger buns out on a cookie sheet, middle section facing up.
9. Scoop a spoonful...or desired amount onto the bun. Cover with a piece of cheese. Do this until you are out of the mix....try and keep it even.
10. Cook at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes...or until cheese is melted.
11. Remove from oven and enjoy!
makes approximately 24 tuna melts
THEY ARE SOOOOO GOOD!!!! I love em
