Lost my job

Hi all.

I have just lost my job of 20 years. I am in a desperate spot now. I live alone and dont have any family who can support me and I wont be able to pay my bills for long.

I feel like I dont have any hope of getting a job. Our covid 19 lockdown means we are forbidden from even going out to look for a new job, with no signs of it lifting here anytime soon And with our unemployment rate now close to 50% I don't have much hope that I will find new work in the next year, if ever.

I dont know what to do. I feel like God hates me and is gettingbHis revenge on me. I am going to end up on the street and starve to death.

I dont gave any right to ask, but please pray for me for some miracle that I will get a job. I dont know what else to do. Maybe God will hear you and have mercy on this worthless waste of a human.

Whenever I come across people like you, who say EXACTLY this, I usually bump into them a year later after they've achieved stratospheric success. Desperation creates hunger, and hunger leads to the drive to be more successful than you have EVER been.

Don't ever lose faith. God will absolutely come through for you, just make sure that you start a day-to-day plan of action, and keep a cool head.

Have you tried www.Monster.com, www.glassdoor.com, www.ziprecruiter.com to find a job? I am a member of these and all I did was with the first and third link upload my resume and the second link put in what type of job I was looking for and I get more emails than anything and there are jobs a plenty. Don't give up hope and no God does not get revenge on you, He is not that way God is love, period. Don't give up and praying for you.

Hello tripleseven. God has not abandoned you. He has a plan and a purpose for you.
