• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

I wanted to give you my sympathy. I have two uncles and a cousin who've all been missing for years and are presumed dead as well. Although I wasn't very close to them, the idea of anyone dissapearing is a painful, shocking one. I pray God will give you strength and bless your beloved son.

Peace and love!

Thank you for your kind thoughts. The responses I've received on this board have meant a lot.

Now that you are a sister in Christ..Think of it this way..maybe it will lift you..Think of each day as a day that you are closure to meeting your son again in Heaven instead of everyday that you are missing without him..The time here is short and eternity is forever!

This is to anyone that has lost anyone they loved.

This week we buried our 21 year old nephew. His sudden death stund a family, community, school, and church. His funeral was Thurs. and the last scripture read was one that Nate and his girlfriend had just been studying. I found comfort in it and hope that you do as well. Rom.8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

May God strength you this day and all who grieve for one who is gone.
