I’m sorry to hear of the death of your friend, Rex. Please be assured of my prayers for the Daniel family, that God will continue to meet their needs and touch them with His healing hand whenever they hurt. As Christians, our hope rests in the knowledge that “just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows” (II Corinthians 1:5). Also, if you think it might be helpful, you can suggest that they get a copy of the book, When Your Family's Lost a Loved One, by Nancy Guthrie. May the Lord bless you.
