now I am not like fat or anything but i want to get into a good shape especially with summer fast approaching, im looking at getting a gym membership....im quite active so excercising is all covered for me but what i want to know is eating habbits....now im a pretty fussy eater!! not as bad as i used to be but still fussy tho.....can anyone suggest what kind of food to eat like do's and dont's. i know that obviously fatty and oily foods are no good so i stay away from them a bit and also like processed food isnt good for you....if someone can tell me some nice tasting decent foods to eat?
