Ever since my Grandma had her stroke my mom has been out here helping us and taking care of my Grandma. My mom wants to go home now and i totally understand why.The problem is if she goes there will be no one to take care of my Grandma .I don't want my Grandma to have to go back to the convalescent hospital. My mom brought up the idea of taking my Grandma back to her house up north.I'm open to the idea and am willing to go out there myself to help out .There's so many issues my family is facing right now. Please pray that the LORD would give us favor to transfer my Grandma to my moms house and that the LORD would give us wisdom and discernment in this matter. Most of all if it be His will that my Grandma would be healed so this would all be moot.In Jesus Name Amen.

Mario lifting Grandma and family in prayer. Caregiving for loved ones is very hard as we remember how independent and vibrant they were just months earlier. Your mom is a blessing to your Grandma. We are always responsible for the care of our parents in their time of need. You and your mom are answering this call.

I remember offering and insisting my mother come live with me and my family when my dad passed away and she became dependent on outside care. She resisted as she still had a few friends left nearby and too many memories of dad in the house. So we worked out a care plan as she lived in Florida and I lived in Texas dealing with my own health issues and my son's as well. I was given a lot of flexibility to fly in every few months unannounced to check on the care she was given and praise the Lord He provided the means for me to provide for her care.

My older brother later offered to move her back to the North East but he would put her in a respite home 45 minutes from family. Which I knew would just kill her motivation. Plus her doctors and a younger lady who befriended my mother in Florida told me the elderly who go back north from Florida don't do well given the colder weather they left years earlier.

A tough situation, you and your mother have to deal with. Keep praying for guidance. Trust God. A way will become clear and it may not be what you expect or even thought of. It may not even be something anyone wants.

Father, You see this prayer request, and I just come before You to say I enter into agreement with it as well. Lord, hear our prayers in a way that will manifest Your love and glory, and bring people to follow You closely, as a Good Shepherd. Amen.

i don't know what to do anymore.my mom says the best thing to do is put her in a convalescent hospital so she can get physical therapy .But what if the physical therapy doesn't work.we would have put her there for nothing.the worker who place my grandma on hospice said there was nothing more that could be done and to keep her comfortable..yet my grandma seems to be improving would to God that she would be healed and this nightmare would be over.some say I'm being selfish .i don't mean to be ( if i am being selfish) I'm just trying to choose what's beat for my grandma .she's happy here at home .she wouldn't want to go in the hospital ,especially if there's no guarantee that she'll ever come home again.that is my fear that we put her in and she never gets out again .Please LORD heal her end this darkness already if it be Your will.Help me see what the right path is.In Jesus Name Amen
