Looking for video

I remember a while back someone posting a video of a Metropolitan, I think, speaking about the Catholic idea of a "Pope." In the video, he said something to the effect of "It was not like this in the beginning. It should not be one person. It is supposed to be all of us." Or some paraphrase like that?

I would also be interested in anything similar, be it a video or quotation from someone of authority in the Orthodox Church.

I am considering working on a piece discussing what would need to happen for there to be unity between the two Churches. So my purpose has nothing to do with debate. Just looking for the references. Thanks, friends.

Without sound in the YouTubes, it has become a joke.

Has anyone fixed their YouTubes to enable sound. I have tried everything, but all I can get is CC (closed Caption).
