Adam was the representative man and His sin plunged us all into depravity. Eve's sin had no such consequences. Adam was responsible for Eve even in the Garden. She was taken from him not him from her.

*[[Exo 21:10-11]] WEB* If he takes another wife to himself, he shall not diminish her food, her clothing, and her marital rights. If he doesn't do these three things for her, she may go free without paying any money.


This is the only scripture I know of that specifies which provisions a husband must make.
