The fact is, most of famous christian rock bands/stars are heading from the US (Petra, Kutless, Demon Hunter, TobyMac (well, TobyMac isn't exactly a rocker), Rebecca St-James, etc...). You can however find bands everywhere... E.g. in Germany, there is Allee Der Kosmonauten, Longue Rivière in France, Space in your Face in Switzerland (but I don't know much about them). In all case, I encourage you to keep looking for music that fits you.
