Looking for a real mail or email penpal friend

Just hard at times and would like to meet a new friend. I enjoy outdoors and watching movies. I live in Wisconsin and am about to join the Army. I hope I get stationed somewhere warm!! Ha I actually would prefer female and someone around my age (20-21) only because I don't really talk to many Christian woman since I am a new true follower of Christ. When I was 5 but when I was 16 I strayed, and have recently recommitted myself, and it is a daily struggle, but it helps now that I have moved away from all of my old friends. What about yourself?

pretty recently. My friend Jared showed me the light over the summer and I was on and off for a while but a month or so ago i really started believing. i started the Bible and jst praying and giving thanks and everything.. but i still let the devil get the best of me at times which is my next thing to work on. I just want to be able to get through the times when he tries sneaking into my head.

yea I know what you mean sometimes I feel as though satan's hand is on me pretty hard. It's good to hear you are trying, somepeople just keep giving in so just keep keeping on . so tell me about joining the army? when do you want to join? what inspierd you to join?

Well I joined the Air force right after high school and actually quit while i was in basic... i got put in a medical hold and i then quit when i was in there for a month.. (keep in mind at this time i was not a Christian) so its now 2 years later and I regret it very much.. the military has the jobs i am interested in and idk how i talked myself out in the first place :/ but luckly the Army will take me (they are the only branch at this time) This time around im truly joining for the fact to serve our country. Also God has done wonders on actually getting me in! they actually did not let me join for a while and i lost hope but i found God started praying and 2 months later i stopped back in and now i am just about in!! i should hopfully find out today so im waiting for that phone call! and i will be joining asap and will prolly be leaving end of march or into april. and my b-day is april 29th :/ so i will be in basic training for my b-day

oh wow! I have a simmallar story, about college, because I dropped out of high school four years ago. I manneged to get my GED soon after but had no intintion of going on to college. A year ago my sister tried to kill herself, and I really lost it, I don't know how God worked everything out, but he expressed to me he wanted me to go to college, and so I got here, and nothing was working out for loans so finnally my mom took out the loans and told me I would have to pay her back, isn't it amazing how God dose things? It will stink being in basics for your Birthday..

Wow sorry to hear all that.. But yeah God is truly amazing! Yeah it will suck being in basic for my b-day lol but i am going to Florida before i leave so it should be ok!

I wouldn't mind being in florida right now. I don't like snow but aperently it is worse back home in nebraska. How is it in wisconson? I have friends from Amry wisconson, and they said it was worse in the citys then it was out there...

its not so good here its windy and cold right now. close to below zero with the wind chill. But it doesnt matter when im ice fishing and in my heated shack ha.

haha nice yea I just wish it was summer From now on I am flying to florida for christmas break. I do wanna travel, I love going places, and when I was little we never went anywhere, but now my family wants to come see me in minnesota this summer, I think it's funny..

yeah i love florida. I am about to go crazy though! My ex GF started getting texts from a blocked number and this person said that i cheated on my GF at that time with her but wont say her name and has been texting her for about a month and my ex believes with person!! and im just so sick of this BS im so SICK of it!!!!!!!!!!

Yea thats crazy, I remember dealing with that stuff, sometimes it is crazy with everything going on around you. What I do when I am just sitting around thinking all about that stuff is just take a moment and just give it all to God just pray about it, or write it down. I know it's really hard to do that when your living in it, but it will help, I got some good friends that I can talkto about those things. Just calmly tell her that the things she is hearing are not true. If she dosn't belive you then pray that the lord will give her wisdom. If your intent is to seek a relationship and she dosnt belive you it may take time.

Sorry been gone for a while. :/ been busy and just had some hard times...im so sick of giving in to the devilish thoughts at times... I just want to be able to hold my ground yet it allllllways comes popping up in my head! :/ I really cant wait for basic it will be 15 weeks for me for infantry so I am going to use it as a fresh start! I am going to try my hardest again. But I have sold my TV and all my surround sound for money to go to Florida. Now I can sorta relax till I leave I am going by myself for now on feb 5-12 and then again in march. I just wish I could be washed CLEAN! and start new :/ But how you been?

Well my mom is bothering me about things, I have lots of homework, my phone stoped working (third time this year), I have had issues with forgivness, and finding my self in need of forgiving. I am stuggleing with being single, but I know it's what God wants right now, to make a long story short, I like this guy and God told me that he is not for me, and that was a hard thing, but this Guy is not where I am, and has not been where I have been, and has a lot more to grow. I am just frustrated, but I am feeling better now.

I am praying for you, I know how hard it is to be stuck where all of the temptation is. I hope everything goes ok... I would say to email me or something but your posts are to low and I can't pm you till you get more.
