I hope this is ok to ask for and not breaking any rules...

I am looking for a quote which I once had, but lost. It is from a woman (so no quotes from men please!) basically saying that she makes no apology that food was not distributed in Africa for some reason or other. I don't remember the reason, but it was a little shocking.

She may have been from the UN, but may not!

500 blessings if you can find the quote on the net for me... I haven't had much time to look, but if you do and are happy with 500 blessings, then

You did really well in my opinion! I mean, the only quote I could find about food and not apologizing was said by a man.
