CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Father, please heal this man from all the trauma and hurt that he has encountered. You can completely turn his bitter heart around and give him a new life. Please keep after him, keep in his life, keep giving him reasons to turn toward you. Give his family profound and everlasting compassion for him and keep them trying to bring him back into their fold. Miracles happen, from you, and we need onenow for this man. Amen.

I too live in the Seattle area. Maybe someday, someway, we'll be able to cross paths. We'll see what God has in store for us. I pray that if it's me, or someone else, that God place that person in his life to show him the "Way, the Truth and the Life."
All things are possible for the Lord rubies ~ continue praying in faith, as we will.

I too will pray friend... here's an inspirational story about a homosexual with aids that is now healed, married and with children serving God. This story had me crying just reading it. It is an incredible testimony and I hope it inspires and touches you in some way... God can fix ANYTHING
