Still using GIMP. This is the second attempt. Using layers simplifies things but doesn't allow for blending with colors on separate layers. The latter would be more for a Bob Ross style. That said, cost and the possibility of not continuing with painting is why I never tried it. This is a cheap option.

I like this one. Hey, painting digitally is much cheaper than painting using paints that might dry out. It is cool that you use GIMP for your paintings, and it is good that you signed it on the lower right hand corner.
