Check out the Urban Army blog. I don't know if they're specifically 'charismatic'. I do think, from what I've read, that they might just be led by the Holy Spirit... which is good enough for me

Try Wandsworth- there is some crazy prayer stuff going on there. I know the officer there and at Poplar- real spirit led people
