Well said. I remember those too. And the first World Trade Center bombing and the bombing of two U.S. Embassies in Africa. And Khobar Towers. And Bali. Remember the video of women being taken to a sports arena in Kabul and shot in the back of the head by the Taliban too.

Unfortunately there are more than a few in the West who think all that was justified because like, you know, western countries are like evil and racist and xenophobic and Imperialist warmongers and stuff.

Regardless of whether they're from England, Iraq, from your backyard or family/friend, you should always have a little more sensitivity for people in mourning than that. Don't you get it? It's ALWAYS someones loved one who just died and they deserve "at the very least" some respect. Right now they need more than pointing fingers... they need the compassion and anything we can give or say to them that'll help console them... which is not much in a time of grief, but it's got to be better than debating on who's right, who's wrong, whether a people deserved it or not.
