As far as Pat Robertson quotes go, this one isn't one isn't too bad. He did get some push-back from his co-host about it this time, more than from the Alzheimer's quote a while back.

If the young woman has some money and can afford to treat her parents to a weekend away, that might work. If not, how is she going to get them out of the house? If she did get them out of the house, her dad might play video games over the weekend.

There really isn't a point of blaming others though. It's just a way of avoiding conflict with each other. Even though there are consequences doing the action.
