Which lexicons are not available in Bible programs? Virtually every Hebrew and Greek lexicon is available.

I agree about being comfortable with a paper Bible. I sometimes grab a regular Bible just to relax with the Word and avoid the distractions of everything available on the computer.

 totally get that last part

As far as I know, probably every major lexicon is available, at least within BibleWorks, Accordance and Logos where they probably each share the same publishers data.

The 'limitation' that the software packages currently have is that they do not include the major commentaries such as those by Fee, Grudem, Winter, Thiselton etc. I probably have 14 commentaries on 1st Corinthians alone and if I could get them (where I can cut and paste) on multiple platforms such as with my PC and a portable tablet then that would definitely interest me.

Logos might possible have a few of the older commentaries that are out of copyright but I am only interested in commentaries that are no more than 30 years old and preferably ones that were printed after 2000.

I know this topic has somewhat died down but maybe someone will read this and get the information. I just found this website, totally ignorant of it until now...

http://lumina.bible.org

Very resourceful for pretty much anything you need Bible study wise...

That's actually pretty clever! Something for me to consider doing if I'll afford internet connection at home or over the cellular network someday, but as I suppose there's an annual subscription fee to Adobe for the Pro software I might as well postpone the approach for that reason as well. EDIT: the site seems to suggest that Pro is $119+VAT to own: Products:
When I come across an online article that I want to keep, as I own Acrobat XI Pro this allows me to quickly save the article as a PDF where I can then use Acrobats superb note and marking facility for making electronic scribbles on the article.

All: see my signature. Welcome to post over there in that Practical Commentary -thread! (Ignore the content of the OP, please!)
