You watched the same program I watched and based this thread on.I referred to him as "the speaker" in the OP. In trying to be "more subtle than the serpent" I hesitate to mention his name. It always causes hissing. Poison being spit all over the place.

some would say those crowns are turbons ...
Any who do say that are 100% wrong. The same "stephanos" is used in Rev. 4:4 and 4:10. I don't think the 24 Elders are wearing Turbans...
Where is that written?
Your quote is about the fallen angels and they come "right before the Day of the Lord" in the last five months. They are not the locusts.
I'm waiting for you to understand the fifth trumpet and who arrives. Do you? .
would you say Rev 4:4 and 4:10 the word is used literally or figuratively ...
Any who do say that are 100% wrong. The same "stephanos" is used in Rev. 4:4 and 4:10. I don't think the 24 Elders are wearing Turbans...
Does it matter? It's the same word used for the "crown of thorns", "crown of rejoicing", "crown of righteousness", "crown of glory" and "crown of life". Heck, it's used in Rev. 3:11 about "your crown" to the Chruch of Philadelphia. It's pretty insulting to say it means turban, actually...
Didn't think I was being ambigious...
Whoever says the crowns the locust army wears are really turbans are wrong.
don't insult my intelligence ... if I'm not sure, I'm not going to comment ... your hostility is duly noted ...
Huh? You're the one that said "not sure what you mean about that part"...seemed like you were asking for clarification...
If I misread you, I apologize ... it seemed to me like you were insinuating you made it clear enough I should understand ... I've been spoken down to a huge amount in my life and I'm a bit edgy there ... working on it
yes, I was asking for clarification ...
I could have reacted because of reading the turbon post first ... my experience in this forum is an attack comes with a series of posts ... I'll also work on that ...
peace ... I'm just trying to get my sea legs here ... it's been a rocky road with a lot of rocks in the path ... I'm working to shed that skin and wear the new skin since the path became a freer walk ...
Where is WHAT written? That the Elect are sealed before the 5th trumpet sounds? That they are sealed before any of the 4 Winds are released?
"My quote" meaning the entire 2nd chapter of Joel? Becuse there is only ONE subject for the chapter. You can't magically insert another one because you feel like it. Ok, look. You said Joel 2:2-20 refers to the fallen angels, not the locusts as Rev. 9 describes...
Joel 2:4: The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run.
Rev. 9:7: And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle
Joel 2:5: Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble
Rev. 9:9: the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.
Joel 2:10: The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining
Rev. 9:2: and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.
LOL. Do you know I once believed as you did? Unfortunately, it doesn't hold up to intra-Biblical scrutiny. Don't be "told" what it says, study to show yourself approved.
I just showed you the locusts are described the same way as in Joel and you are not even addressing that?
By the way...I accidentally clicked on your name instead of the post and...what beautiful children you have. I must say too, you're much more attractive than your avatar.
The locusts are "like unto horses," for they are the army. The fallen angels appear as they do
The noise of the chariots/The sound of the chariots
The release of the locusts, as described in your quote in Revelation coordinates with....
Ezekiel 32:7-9 And when I shall put thee out, I will cover the heaven, and make the stars thereof dark; I will cover the sun with a cloud, and the moon shall not give her light. All the bright lights of heaven will I make dark over thee, and set darkness upon thy land, saith the Lord GOD. I will also vex the hearts of many people, when I shall bring thy destruction among the nations, into the countries which thou hast not known.
That sounds very much like what has happened since the Islamic nations have been given power.
In Joel it concerns the sixth trump, the beginning of the great tribulation with the arrival of the fallen angels as written in...
That reminds me, that pic is about a year old and I should update it. Done, thanks!
PS
Buttering me up will get you everywhere.
WW - The locusts are "like unto horses," for they are the army. The fallen angels appear as they do.
Zadok - Exactly. Don't add more that isn't there. God is telling you these things for a reason.
Real locusts make noise when they fly. These dudes are real loud (literal or metaphoric, doesn't matter) - that is the point. Not only is their volume repeated twice for emphasis, but even the word "chariot". Again, God is doing this for our benefit.
Agreed.
No it really doesn't. Ever hear of the Ottoman Empire? There was a real genuine caliphate until about 100 years ago. You are going outside the Bible for no reason at all. It answers itself.
Joel concerns all the trumpets actually. Your claim about the 6th trump is not backed up by the text of the 6th trump. I know where you are getting that idea from and I can only encourage you to "unlearn what you have learned".
I'm not adding. The locusts are the horses, the army. The fallen angels appear to look like them but they are the horsemen, the leaders.
Yes, real locusts make a noise when they fly. When does the noise take place? Is it at the fifth trump when they are released? Or is it when they swarm? When do they swarm?
The chariots are heard during the five months when the locust army is accompanied by the horsemen, fallen angels, which arrive at the sixth trump.
The Ezekiel passage can't apply to the Muslim hordes in history. Rather it is happening now:
The more I delve into this...the more clearly I see. It is written Zadok. Fifth trump...locust upon the earth. Sixth trump....the horsemen leading the locust army.
