Loan Modification

Hey everyone. We are going thru a process with our mortgage to get a loan modification on both our mortgage. We really need a lower interest rate in order to stay afloat. Please pray for favor upon favor with our two negotiator.
We are praying on this side, I just wanted a little more help on the other side.
Please pray that we hear something soon and that it would be great news cause God is good.

Father Lord, help them to get a lower interest rate on their loan for them to stay afloat. I ask You to guide them through their present predicament with your loving strong hands. In the Name of Jesus our saviour, I pray. Amen.

Lord I ask of you to bless my sister here and answer her prayers. God just help her have favor during this time and let that interest rate just go lower and lower so they can keep going. Bless this family financially according to your wonderful will and help them to stay focused on you.
