Peace and blessings family

I was baptized for about 7 years ago but then I strayed away from Church (not God). My family are solely atheists and so are my friends and when you only have non-religious friends it easy leads you in the wrong direction.

So, after many years. I decieded to go to a Church close to where I live. It was a great feeling but at the same token, saddening, when I looked at all the friendly faces of all the good Christian people there, I felt so dirty and sininfested but with God's help and mercy, I will be a good Christian. But apart from that, it was a great feeling listening to a great sermon, listening to the Gospel choir, praying together with fellow believers.

I will try to go often and also join a prayer cell. Looking forward to hang out with fellow believers, I have always longed for some good Christian friends.

Thank You Lord for Your guidance.

I will also thank You for the great family gathering we had today!

Your story seems like mine. My friends and family didn't go to church.

My parents went until I was 6, they divorced, then I wanted to go, but it never happened. I started going on my own when I was 17 and just recently left that church actually for a different one.
