Links to "Get New" and "PM" are back at the top of every page! Also "Logout

You can now easily get to your "PM" box and get the newest posts by clicking on "Get New" at the top of every page.

Also, if you are unregistered you will see the "Register" link at the top right hand corner, but if you have logged in, you will see the "Logout" button.
