i got a question. i heard from a freind of mine that linken park is a christain band. i didn't beleive it but after i listened to the lyrics of some of their songs it became VERY beleivable. here i will show you. here is the lyrics of the main choris of their #1 hit "numb"

first off, it's "linkin park"

regarding faith... I have heard that some of the members may be Christians. I believe it was their bass player who had been in the old CCM band Tasty Snax. I could be wrong, though...

you havent' heard all their songs then!!! there are a few tracks that a friend gave me that arent on hybrid theory, reanimation or meteora that contain a bit of explicit language.

i'll dig up the cd and get back to you.

the track i was thinking of was "i just want your company" which has been credited to linkin park. google also has lyrics for linkin park and this track. however, there are also lyrics from a band called hedpe. anyone know what it is or is it a case of a mislabelled mp3 file?

Yeah, that's from (hed)pe. The actual name of the song is "Bartender".

As for Linkin Park, they do have swearing in a few of their EP songs (one of which, "High Voltage", did appear on Re:Animation in remixed form; however, that particular song was recorded under their original name and most of the downloads of it are probably from the MP3.com release it enjoyed over five years ago). It's not heavy swearing, however (in reference to frequency). One or two instances, that's all.

They do have some good unreleased stuff. I have enough unreleased Linkin Park to make a whole new album. And just for fun whats everyones favorite song by them???? I like "My December" the best (The origional version, not remixed, but remixed is good too). And has anyone bought their new album with Jay-z??? I personally hate rap and am a little hesitent to buy the album.
