God's transcending peace be multiplied to you throwingbones!

Your dream appears to be about a woman who needs deep emotional healing from her past. You may be trying to help her (symbolized by your bear hugs), yet she hurting so much that she thinks you will cause her pain too. She could understandably have a tough time trusting anyone. She may have a misconstrued mindset that she must defend herself either by hurting you and or pushing you away, even though she doesn't really want you to go symbolized by her sad look of loss as you left.

It's possible in her childhood that she encountered many people who were "too busy" for her and or that she was always pawned off on someone else. This would obviously contribute to her emotional pain, making her feel unloved, unwanted, and unimportant...not valued. Since there may have been a void of love and so much injustice in her life (represented by the police and sheriff too busy), she may have tried to console herself with food (the jelly donut).

This woman surely needs a faithful friend full of the unconditional love and mercy of Jesus! Don't let her push you away! Would appear you are Divinely appointed to stay! :D

Psalm 147:3 He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.

Proverbs 17:17 A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.

Galatians 6:2 Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

I see a little girl and call out to her. She comes to me and as she gets closer, I see she has a knife. She tries to stab me, but I wrestle her and put her in a tight bear hug so that she can't cut me. I call the police, but they say that they are too busy. So I start talking to her. We get along, so still holding her, we go to a restaurant and as we talk, I weaken my hold. She sees a knife sitting nearby and lunges for it and tries to stab me again. I again wrestle with her and put her into another bear hug. I see a sheriff at the restaurant and I ask for his help, but he says he's too busy as he stuffs a jelly donut into his mouth. I push the little girl into his chest and put his arms around her in a hug. I walk away. As I get to the door, I hear her voice calling to me. I turn around and she is no longer a child, but an adult woman. She has sorrow and loss in her eyes. Then I walk out the door.

Thanks Humblebee, I felt that I already knew most of what my dream meant, but I wanted some further insight. Your post hits the mark! I was afraid of the ending of my dream and wasn't sure if it meant that I should walk away or not. It's just so hard to be there for someone, when they push you away.

I had a dream last night, it was so weird, which is typical for me. lol. Anyway, my husband and I had gone to bed around 10:00, i guess I drifted off to sleep, and suddenly, in my mind, (in dreamland now) I was lying next to my husband, trying to fall asleep, when i decided to go check on my son. (he's 8) and as I was making my way through the house I noticed that none of the light switches worked. It also looked like a different house, which is typical in my dreams, i'm never in my own house, but it is my house, does that make sense? hope so, anyway, I found that in one room the light was working, but needed a new bulb, i started to replace the bulb when i somehow realized that Austin was sleeping in a different room, maybe a guest room. I went in to kiss him goodnight, and when i looked at him something was wrong, he looked strange. Immediately I thought that a demon had possessed him. I began to pray, and he began to split in two. OR, in other words, Austin became two, the ugly Austin seperated from MY Austin. I could barely speak the words, "In the name of Jesus Christ I command you to leave my son" I spoke outloud, and woke up my husband, but I remember being scared, and barely able to speak, this has happened to me before. Anyway, I know what it means, but I wanted to post it, Humblebee, if you care to add anything please feel free too.
Much Love

HumbleBee, you asked me to give you my intrepretation in a pm, so here it is. Simple really, that I am the spiritual watcher in my home, and it is necessary that I look out for my son until he gets old enough to be able to call on Jesus (in the Spirit) with all of the authority that Jesus gave us when He died. As far as the lights, and the home, I dont know, my guess is that the lights represent the light of Jesus, and that light is hard to find, we have to grope for it, though, it is very near to all of us! (Picking up our crosses daily, and following after Him) Also, it was a warning to me to be very careful how I train up my son, so that when he gets old, he will not depart. His soul is literally, IN MY HANDS, at this point. It always strikes me that when I have these dreams, it feels like I am drained, I always wake up because I speak outloud, and I feel like it takes every ounce of energy I have to be able to speak in the name of Jesus, like the spirits in my dreams are very strong. I don't know about that, is it just a dream? I couldn't tell you.
Much Love
B

BY the way, I hope you have a very happy birthday Humblebee..

Blessed,

Agreeing that your dream was about being a spiritual overseer for your son until he asks Christ into his heart personally...his inner man needs to be reborn (symbolized by the light bulb that needed replacing) and certainly indeed to train him up in the way of righteousness leading to his true fulfillment! :D

The light switches not working could symbolize the false gods and worldly ways that some people, in trying (dark) circumstances, look to for guidance (light as in wisdom), for joy (light as in cheer), for liberty (light as in freedom)...yet they do not find what they are looking for because they search amiss, recognizing not that Jesus is who they really need!

Your being very drained could symbolize the indescribable reverence of Jesus, so speaking His Name is not something to be taken lightly. Nor should the devil, nor spiritual warfare, be casually regarded. (Not saying you are doing this) To stand effectively on the power of the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ, one must also be living in Him...in tight relationship with Him...walking in His character. Your being drained could also be an exhortation to not grow weary in prayer for your family, for ye shall reap a harvest! :amen: Here be some Scriptures to encourage you til harvest time and to edify others that read this...

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me.

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!

Galatians 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Ephesians 2:19 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in Himself of twain one new man, so making peace...

Ephesians 4:4-6 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

Colossians 4:2 Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.

1 Peter 5:5-6 All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because, "God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble." Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you. Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings.

Jude 1:2 Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied.

Humblebee, I really need your help on this one, I need you to suit up, and pray earnestly for an answer. This dream troubles me, even more so then the ones I've had about 'casting out demons' and I'm not certain of the intrepretation. Even if it's 'not what I want to hear' I ask you to PROMISE honesty, and SEEK as you've never sought in the intrepretation of a dream before, please sister, this is urgent.
Ok, I could not sleep last night, I felt the presence of darkness, I was aware that there were lies being fed to me, and I was fighting so hard to not believe the lies, and to seperate them from the truth, finally around 3:30 I fell asleep. In the dream, it was dark at this moment, my husband was there, I was in labor, a baby came out of my womb, my husband caught this baby, it was dead, it looked as if it had decomposed inside of me. I felt a sense of sadness, but remember acknowledging that God is the giver of life, and He apparently had other plans. Then I remember walking into the bathroom, I was alone, and it was no longer dark. I sat down on the toilet, (this is graphic, i'm sorry) suddenly the thought occured to me that I had not passed the 'afterbirth' when I sat down to use the rest room, another baby came out, this one was alive, it fell into the toilet water, which I noticed, it was in an amniotic sac, and i quickly picked up the baby, and pulled the amniotic sac away from his mouth so he could breath, he breathed his first breath, and I was thrilled. I held the baby tightly to my chest, thanking God for him.
I woke up,
I know, that dream is showing me something, I need confirmation, honest HumbleBee, what ever you hear in your heart share, you won't hurt me, I just seek the TRUTH.
I love you, and have a blessed day.
B

Sweet Shalom Blessed,

The message of your dream seems to be one of the spirit vs the flesh. Surmising that in the past you may have been more dependent on yourself and on your hubby than on Christ for meeting your needs. Depending on the arm of flesh (your hubby catching the baby) only brought forth death as in strife, emotional wounding, unmet needs, and unfulfilled hopes (decomposed baby). However, as you were cleansed of your 'old' self and man-sufficiency (being in the bathroom alone) and started to depend on Jesus more (pulling the amniotic sac out of the baby's mouth), this brought forth God's blessing of new life (baby breathing) and utter fulfillment (just like you would feel for having a new baby)! Letting Christ work through you and for you in your marriage and in your circumstances, brought forth His love, joy, peace, and depth of meaning in your life, marriage, and family!

These Bible verses certainly apply well to your dream!

Romans 6:4 Therefore we are buried with Him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Romans 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.:D

2 Corinthians 3:4-6 And we have such trust through Christ toward God. Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God, who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

James 1:12-18 Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him. When tempted (to do things in the flesh), no one should say, "God is tempting me." For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death. Don't be deceived...Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all He created.

Romans 6-8 and Galatians 5 are insightful reads about the battle between the spirit vs the flesh.

Hi HB. I had a very interesting dream just before waking this morning that may not actually need much interpretation.

I was a research scientist of some type standing before a large crowd of reporters and I said, "The proper way to eat contaminated air is with a fork, not a spoon" and as I thought about the air going through the tines of the fork instead of being trapped in a spoon I spoke up and said, "What I meant to say is that the proper way to eat in a contaminated area is with a fork instead of a spoon". That's when this heckler guy stands up and says, "No, no, no. What they've been telling us all along is that the proper way to eat a Hamburger is with a fork and not a spoon!"

I woke up kind of chuckling about how stupid the "eating air" thing was until I remembered the rest of the dream. It doesn't seem so funny now.

Grace, Mercy, and Peace,
Asaph

Sometime ago I was watching 100 Huntley Street a Christian program hear in Canada where a woman was being interviewed about a dream her 4 year old son had.
While walking by her sons room she noticed him drawing a picture, she asked what he was drawing and he said Jesus which was nothing new as he has done this before. When he had finished he showed it to his mother and said it was from a dream he had had.
She was shocked to see what her son has drawed. His picture was nothing she had seen before.
The drawing was Jesus dressed in white with a red sash with drops of blood falling away from it. He had hair of gold and eyes of fire with a drawing His thigh. Sound familar? The Lord spoke to the boy and said not to be afraid and that He was coming soon.
I do not know many 4 year olds reading Revelations.

Asaph, Some possible insight...

Your dream seems a Divine cautioning to be discerning about what is heard through the media, rather than being spoon-fed and digesting whatever they say as the truth, when it could be indeed embellished or even completely fabricated. Certainly must dissect, like a research scientist, what one hears! Tiz true for Christian teaching as well, sift proverbial wheat from the chaff! The hamburger would be a sign of spiritual meat and maturity!

John 4:34 Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of Him that sent Me, and to finish His work.

Hebrews 5:14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

I guess they might be meaningless but i had three bad dreams one on saturday night and two on sunday night.

I don't remember it to well but in the saturday night one there was like a bunch of people in a room with matts like you might do yoga on then something(i am horrible at remebering dreams) then me and some people where in a house that in the dream i think might have been my house but isn't my house from real life and the people wanted me to put this porn tape on but i didn't want to and was like 'but what if my mom phones?' or something like that then my mom phoned and said that my dad had died in a car crash i think and it was so horrible i woke up. It took me along time before i was like okay wait wait this happened before bad stuff in dreams didn't really happen though i was still upset:/

Then my sunday night dreams where as follows bear in mind i was kinda nervouse about my first 12hour day of school since i was not going to get 8 hours of sleep for it. The first one was really short it was just that all of a sudden someone was banging on the door to our apartment at like 2 or 3a.m. yelling in a threatening manner "TWO TWO TWO TWO TWO!!!!!!!" like the number 2 five times in a row and they had an accent like maybe someone from the middle east the shock of it woke me up and i was not sure if it was a dream and i woke up or if i woke up cause of it and it was real and was really scared(I should have more faith) and sat still to listen for sounds in the apartment and thinking any minute they might bust through my bedroom or appartment door and come get us. Then i prayed and asked God not to let me die and i knew he would keep me safe so i felt at ease again but was still a bit scared to go to sleep incase it happened again. Then i went to sleep again and had a second nightmare that night i don't remember it at all but i know it was not so utterly frightening as the other two and was the where it was bad but as soon as i wake up i realise it was just a dream. Last night i had no bad dreams(God must have protected me).

Do any of these have meaning?

God's peace be multiplied to you Guioam! You doing right by praying! Keep calling on Jesus, your Prince of Peace and He will give you sweet sleep!

The dream about watching p*** would be a Divine cautioning to NOT cave into peer pressure! Flee from temptation! About your Dad, tiz only symbolic and similar to what a good parent might say...they would feel like dying if their kid viewed anything raunchy!

Maybe your 22222 dream was real:confused: Someone just trying to disturb your sleep?

Ok, I had a new dream last night... it was really short though.

I was hanging from a rope and I couldn't get down (the rope was swinging back and forth). The woman from my last dream (and current crisis) reached up and held me still and allowed me to get off the rope and onto the ground. I said "Thank you." and she said "You're welcome." And the dream was over.

That's it. Thanks again humblebee.

The Golden Rule that Jesus coined, as did He exhort love your neighbour as yourself, both well sum up your dream! As does the sowing and reaping principle too! Just as you would appreciate help in your time of crisis, so does this woman! God will certainly bless you for your kindness to her! :D

Matthew 7:12 So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

Mark 12:28-31 One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked Him, "Of all the commandments, which is the most important?" "The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these." :holy:

Galatians 6:8-10 ...the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.

Ephesians 6:7-8 Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not men, because you know that the Lord will reward everyone for whatever good he does... :amen:

This is a dream that I helped decipher with Bible verses...from one friend to another..."I had a dream about you; where you had this huge piercing going threw your chest."

Exodus 21:1-6 "Now these are the judgments which you shall set before them: If you buy a Hebrew servant, he shall serve six years; and in the seventh he shall go out free and pay nothing. If he comes in by himself, he shall go out by himself; if he comes in married, then his wife shall go out with him. If his master has given him a wife, and she has borne him sons or daughters, the wife and her children shall be her master's, and he shall go out by himself. But if the servant plainly says, "I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free,' then his master shall bring him to the judges. He shall also bring him to the door, or to the doorpost, and his master shall pierce his ear with an awl; and he shall serve him forever.

In a spiritual sense, the above would signify being brought into a deeper covenantal relationship with Jesus!
hug.gif

Psalm 26:1-3 Judge me, O LORD; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the LORD; therefore I shall not slide. Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart. For Thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in Thy truth.

Psalm 40:6-8 Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, but my ears you have pierced; burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not require. Then I said, "Here I am, I have come- it is written about me in the scroll. I desire to do your will, O my God; your law is within my heart."

Jeremiah 31:33 But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.

Lamentations 3:12-13 He has bent His bow and set me up as a target for the arrow. He has caused the arrows of His quiver to pierce my loins. (loins=literally kidneys, bowels of your spirit)

Luke 2:35 (Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.

Hebrews 4:12-13 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.
