  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

John 12:35 Then Jesus said, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light , lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth. John 12:36 While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them. :prayer:We know that Jesus came that we would have life and that more abundantly-and that he came to bring light(salvation) in to a dark(sinful) world. My question is what in this world brightens your day or your life, is it a thing or a person. Please share your thoughts on how your day are made bright. Genesis 3:3 And Jesus said let there be light.

Hi BeReal,
I'm not a difficult gal to please, so this answer may be a tad long (sorry if it is)
in some general order:
*talking heart-to-heart with God
*face-time with friends n' family
*laughter shared with people listed above (or anyone, in general, really)
*eating delicious food
*working out n' feeling it the next day
*nature (flowers, animal-sightings~even if it's "just a squirrel," snow falling)
*deep conversations with people
*dancing & knowing I look pretty spiffy doin' it
*answering your thread :)

White Dove you seem like a person who appreciates even the simple things in life. Things that brighten my day are
*Answerd prayer.
*experiencing the presence and power of the Holy spirit working in my life.
*Learning something from God.
*Anytime God manifest His glory.
*Undertanding how it can be OK with God to enjoy the things of this world.
*When my faith in God is increased.
*Sharing faith in God through fellowship with other believers.:)
