Lifting the veil on repentance after salvation
Since man preferred his own will to that of God, he has entered into a course of suffering which, by all logic, should be eternal. Certainly by our own desire, we have created this spiritual barrier between God and us. Indeed, by trying as best we can to create this permanent, albeit utopian, happiness, we have completely eliminated the Eternal from the puzzle. Despite this desolate attitude, the glimmer of freedom came from Him although it should not.

Thus, He who never encountered iniquity became sin so that we might be purified. Sanctified on what basis? On the basis of faith, recognizing our condition as sinners in need of a savior. Hence repentance of our offensive acts towards God. We therefore move away from collective condemnation to an individual redemption based on faith and divine grace. The truth is that every good disciple of Christ knows this wonderful and moving story of salvation.

Christ as Saviour/Prince gives repentance to them He died for and saved Acts 5:31

31 Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.
